We have developed surveys for large scale application such as in the evaluation of large state-wide government programmes and with separate survey formats for various stakeholders (such as service users, their family members, managers of provider organisations, service delivery staff and external stakeholders).
Other surveys have been developed for small to medium organisations. Such surveys may be designed to appraise internal or operational matters, including staff satisfaction or workforce effectiveness or efficiency, or to identify gaps in services and service systems.
