Our principal consultants have extensive experience, as individuals, as members of various Boards of Directors.

 
As executive managers responsible for state-wide programmes and the funding and monitoring a large number of government and non-government agencies, we are highly experienced and skilled in collaborating and negotiating with those agencies and their Boards of Directors.  We were also responsible for identifying and dealing with the array of attendant risks and issues in a complex service system.

 
We have a sound understanding of governance principles and practice, and skilled in the identification of performance issues and organisational risks, the identification and development of capacity building strategies to manage issues of concern, and the development and implementation of accountability and performance measurement frameworks.
