We have extensive experience in analysing and developing national, state-wide and local programme policy in our capacities as executive managers and as consultants.
A notable example is a national project we proposed and undertook in 2013, as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Practical Design Fund, on the Potential Unintended Consequences of Self-Managed Support Packages & Appropriate Strategies and Safeguards to ensure People obtain the Full Benefit of Self-Managed Supports. As this project suggests, we have particular expertise in coordinated care.
