magnifying-glass-1001506

We have undertaken many evaluations and reviews of organisations and of national, state-wide and local programmes and service systems with the broader systemic and governance contexts.
We are highly skilled in qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies.  We take a systemic perspective which involves understanding and the analysis of the multiple factors affecting service quality and operations and necessary to strengthen an organisation, programme or service system.

Data gathering can include interviews with key informants, focus groups, surveys, analysis of case files, examination of organisational or program documentation, development of key criteria or performance indicators and measurement against them and so on.

We have a strong commitment to challenging service delivery modes in the context of continuous quality improvement, facilitating efficient and effective operations, innovation and consumer-centred approaches and a focus on client outcomes.

We have particular expertise in coordinated care.
